St. George with the Greenwoods, and Cedar City to meet the Jensen family

Near the end of winter semester, Ki and I decided it was time to make a trip down to Cedar City so that I could meet his family :) I was of course very nervous, as I am KNOWN for how shy I can be while first meeting people. Luckily it went better then I could've ever expected it would go. His family was very accepting of me, and made me feel welcome right away. While we were spending time in Cedar City, my family was on vacation down in Zions, so we decided to go meet them for a day to do some hiking! After such a long fun couple days of spending time with first his family, and then mine we made our way back to Cedar City exhausted but so happy. Why am I giving you details of what would seem like such a random day? Well... I am getting to it so just keep reading! When we got back to his mom's house he took me to the guest room where I was staying to tuck me in for bed, but we just ended up talking forever even though we were both exhausted! Finally after we'd been talking for quite a while we finally decided we should probably get some sleep so we could get up for church the next morning. He kissed me good night, and thats when it happened! I almost let the "L" word slip right out! I had been thinking it for awhile, but the future just seemed so unsure at the time, and everything in our relationship had been happening so fast, and I was just plain scared! I was just NOT going to let it slip out yet. But he knew I had almost said something, so he kept pestering me trying to get me to tell him what I had almost said! It was so scary! haha but then when I wouldn't tell him he finally just said, "I love you too Ashley". My heart seriously jumped in my chest and started pounding so fast. I was like how did you know that I was thinking that!? He said because I was thinking it too, and I just knew.

Cute huh? :) So that is the first time we said I love you. And yes it was only after like a month and 3 weeks! Don't judge us we couldn't help ourselves lol.
